At Alder, we offer three levels of experience. Our lead stylists are the most experienced and often the busiest. They also serve as mentor stylists, so it's common to see them collaborating with other team members to create your perfect look. After all, we believe two (or even six!) heads are better than one.

Our intermediate stylists have more than one year of in-salon experience, often much more, while our new talent stylists have one year or less of salon experience and frequently work alongside a mentor stylist. Pricing and availability vary based on experience level.
